Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital and custom services, please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our offerings.
1. Digital Services
All services provided by Net Rise Solutions — including but not limited to website design, web development, email marketing, and social media marketing — are considered digital services and are delivered electronically. These services are non-tangible and customized for each client, and therefore not eligible for return once delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet commenced or any work has not been started.
- The client has submitted a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order and before any work has begun.
- Mutual agreement to terminate a project due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partially completed or fully completed projects.
- Monthly or subscription-based services that have already started or been delivered.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, missing assets, or unresponsiveness).
- Change of mind after work has started or services have been delivered.
3. Subscription Services
All recurring services (like monthly maintenance, email campaigns, or marketing retainers) are billed in advance. Cancellation of recurring plans must be done at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation by emailing us at netrisesolutions@gmail.com. If eligible, partial refunds (excluding consultation or administrative fees) may be processed depending on the stage of the project.
5. Project Abandonment
If a project is inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of response or input from the client, it will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued in such cases, and a reactivation fee may apply if the client chooses to continue the project later.
6. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us violates our refund policy. We encourage clients to reach out to resolve any issues before taking such steps.
8. Modifications to Policy
Net Rise Solutions reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
