3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary content to avoid project delays. Failure to provide required materials may delay or cancel the project without a refund.

4. Payment Terms

All projects require an upfront deposit as agreed. Final payments are due before delivery of the final product unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all custom design work and development code created by Net Rise Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid in full, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed work. If a project is canceled before it starts, only a partial refund (excluding consultation or prep work) may be issued at our discretion. Ongoing monthly services require at least 7 days’ notice prior to renewal for cancellation.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared by clients including business strategies, passwords, or confidential project details will be kept secure and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Net Rise Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including delays, loss of revenue, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

9. Third-Party Services

Some of our services may involve third-party platforms or tools (e.g., hosting, plugins, APIs). Net Rise Solutions is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these external services.

10. Website Content & Usage

Clients are responsible for the legality of the content they request to be published. We reserve the right to refuse projects involving unethical, illegal, or harmful content or activities.

11. Revisions & Project Timeline

All projects come with a set number of revisions as mentioned in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Project timelines are estimates and depend on prompt communication and content delivery by the client.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any ongoing services for violations of these Terms, misuse, or non-payment without prior notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
